judge yourself: Go to school, get an education and then contribute with a logical viewpoint not a rant! Most people in the States are compassionate; however, we are not stupid. We need to let ourselves be heard and not be afraid to be labeled a racist, if we speak up against illegal immigration. I have not read any comments here bemoaning legal law abiding immigrants from Mexico or anywhere else. We all do not tolerate lawless behavior; we do not tolerate bleeding heart politicians that pander to ethnic groups for the sake of their political aspirations. We want the rule of law to be obeyed. We don't want to have our quality of life diminished and our earning power dissapear because illegal immigrants will come into this country and allow themselves to be exploited by money grubbing employers and accept a lower wage. America is about improving one's self. We are not in a third world country; we do not pay third world country prices for our groceries or medical neccesities. We need to earn first world wages. I can understand foreigners wanting to come to America to better themselves economically; however, NEVER AT MY EXPENSE. If Mexicans are so desperate to improve, start at home!!! Let them fight their corrupt government and let us fight our own. Heaven knows that they exists on both sides of the border. Let's get real, these people come over for economics gain not to assimilate or become American. I would encourge everyone that gets a chance to go to Los Angeles and visit the HISTORIC downtown area. It is full of beatiful grandiose buildings littered with banners advertising flowers and jewelry for sale. It is terrible to see old LA looking like a third world littered street. Oh yeah, be sure you take someone that speaks English because no one will understand you. (And they don't want to understand you, their attitude is: how dare you speak English to me.) All the people that date speak up about this abominable circumstance are labeled racists. They are not, they smell the stench of corruption. We don't need to corrupt our country or rule of law to be compassionate. We need to follow the law and honor what this country stands for. Let's unite to create a solution not dissention. All the people that support breaking the law and continuing to pander to the left need to wake up and realize that the problem is with them not with the regular citizens that want to maintain the U.S. we know and love. I don't live in the United States of Mexifornia, Azlansonia or Tejas.

I am from up north, MN and let me tell you crime and gangs are largely Hispanics. Being a SR. citizen I can tell you the large majority of Sr.'s are so irate about illegals coming to our U.S. (God Bless America) and we are having to pay for public assistance, medical and then to pay for a lot of ESL teachers and extra law enforcement .......Our taxes keep going up, as do our medicare payments and medical suppliments. Another point to think about.......If an American gives birth to a child in Iraq does he automatically become a citizen of that country? My ancestors worked for three months or more to afford tickets to sail in a belly of a freighter and it took 3 months to cross the ocean. They were studying English on the way over....'nuf said and thanks for the opportunity to add to your blog

Let's send a bunch to live in "Judge Yourselfs" front yard, maybe after wading thru dirty diapers and watching these illegals at the grocery store using food stamps for food that your tax paying dollars go for, but they seem to have plenty of cash for booze and smokes 'IT' will see how it is. I live in CA and they do not care about our laws. Belive me I could really open your eyes, why do you think Mexico is such a hole.

You know what I find intersting? >> The fact that if were not for all these illegals here half of this state would not even be running! I dont think that any of the people talking trash about illegals would be willing to work for what they work or do the jobs that they do. And you know what is the worst part, you sit there and judge them about loitering your streets asking for jobs on a daily basis, but at least they want to work for their money unlike the freeway hobos that just wait for money to be handed to them. You guys need to wake up and face reality!

fjjacobs, I just noticed. Make that five. Felixthecat also agrees with brooksie's solutions. Brooksie tells me, a fifth generation U.S. Citizen, to go back to Mexico, but felix demands "Deport Ray!" Go figure.

ftjacobs, had you followed these and my comments, you'd see that mine related only to brooksie's "solutions" -- as fully described in her initial comment -- which dll2, NancyJo and azhusker all subscribed to.
Nothing more.
